2025: The year Roo’s Beach became R.Place!
Here's a little re-cap of how the year went down...
We kicked the year off in Paris, followed by London for the start of our buying trips…
Ansum moved in next door and the Porth pizza parties began!
We held our Spring Fling in May and got to party with so many of our local legends…
And then, in June, we re-branded to R.Place!!
An incredible amount of work went into the new name, the new look, whilst keeping the integrity and familiar-friend “feel" of Roo’s Beach… The response was off the charts, and made all the sleepless nights worth it!

And shortly after we became R.Place, we launched our favourite R.Goods campaign yet…
Summer and the sunshine arrived, as did Grace!
Oh, and then there was THAT Damson coat that everyone went crazy for, and sold out twice...
Adam became an honorary member of the team… And we collaborated with some of our favourite local brands and people...
There was even more R.Goods newness with the Lizzo, teaming up with Sophie to launch…
We shot Christmas at R’s and wow, what a response you gave that too!!
Our Saturday Sessions went down a treat through November and into December, collaborating with yet more incredible local brands and people…
Coldbreaker FINALLY returned, sold out immediately, and then returned again…
Oh, and you guys almost broke the internet with the amount of Christmas orders you gave us!
We want to thank every single one of you; regulars, first time customers, supporters, coffee drinkers, friends and family… Without you all, none of this could happen and we are grateful for all of you, every single day.
Huge thanks also to our suppliers and brands - every cog in the R. Place machine is imperative.
Cheers to 2026; may it top 2025...
And although it’s got big shoes to fill, we're quietly confident that it'll do just that!
