Here at Roo’s Beach, we’re big fans of relaxed styling, and denim plays a huge part in our wardrobes. Levi’s are famed for their huge range of quality, well-cut denim, and they’re also one of the most sustainable denim manufacturers in the world.

With so many different styles on offer, our customers ask us all the time what size and shape they should choose when buying Levi's, so we’ve put on our favourite fits to show you how to find the perfect denim for your body...




Roo


 "I just love the high Loose and this wash ’Show Off’ is the best yet, it’s ridiculously comfy, holds me in in all the right places and allows me to wear shorter tops and feel really confident in my figure! They’re going to age really well too - I can just tell, such a perfect mid blue."

    • Super high waisted for a flattering fit
    • Long, loose-fitted, straight leg
    • Slim fitting over waist and hips
    • Some washes of high loose can come up slightly bigger than your normal Levi’s size because they sit so high, but we find that this wash comes up really true to size. 

 



Betta

 
"Basically anything that’s a throw back to the 70’s and I’m all over it, the denim in these feels so authentic, it’s rigid and mid blue, feels like they’ve just been hanging around for years waiting to be worn again - again they’re super high waisted, with a good flare but not over the top, just pair with a cropped graphic tee and an old pair of DM’s or Converse." 
    • High waisted
    • Slim fitted over the hips and thighs
    • 70s style flare from the knee
    • These come up true to size, so go for your normal Levi’s size

" The 90’s 501 in this faded black/grey takes me back to the 501’s I was wearing back in the day, they sit just above my hips, have the perfect amount of slouch, straight leg and perfect with a turn up, they make me feel young and alive which is exactly what I’m looking for in the depths of January/February - genius!"
    • Mid rise
    • Relaxed fit over the hips
    • Slouchy, straight leg
    • These come up true to size, so go for your normal Levi’s size

 



Betsy



" I mainly wear loose track pant style trousers and steer clear of denim, however I just love the Column as they’re a straight cut with a slight taper, high waist which is the only way I like my jeans and they’re an amazing fit on my bottom - just love them! I particularly love the wash and the line down the front at the bottom - great details."

    • Regular fitting over hips
    • Betsy sized up in the column from her normal Levi’s size, and we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit

 




Ruby



"As I’m a little short for the High Loose - I do have a couple of pairs but have had to shorten the legs, the Ribcage do a very similar job but the leg length is spot on for me - again super high waist so I can show off my amazing curves, they fit me like a glove and I can wear all my favourite little tops with them - pop on a pair of Nike Air Force and I’m good to go!"
    • Another super high waisted fit, similar to the high loose
    • Slim fitting over the waist and hips
    • Straight leg, cropped at the ankle
    • Ruby has sized up from her normal Levi’s size, and we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit
