The Team Crew features Pilgrim's signature pennant logo on the chest and left sleeve. It has a roomy, oversized fit and is made using a tightly knitted fleece. 

The fabric used is part of a platform project called “farmers 360° link” that provides traceable products from farmers around the world using digital technology, in order to connect buyers and producers and to create a new form of ethical consumption. The QR code on the inside tag leads you as the consumer to select between three programs that support the farmers and their community. The three programs you can support are: agriculture materials for efficient cotton cultivation, materials for access to clean and hygienic water, and nutritional food access to support the local community. 

The fabric of this crewneck is an environmentally friendly cotton produced by small-scale farmers in Zambia.

Pilgrim Surf Supply was started by owner Chris Gentile in Brooklyn, New York back in 2012. After years of being a multi-brand shop stocking some of the finest hand crafted surfboards from around the globe, they decided to create their own brand. The Pilgrim Surf Supply brand was born with the help of Beams Japan and have since become a world recognised Menswear label. With an ethos of working with with small factories, they maintain relationships with manufacturers at each level of production, using recycled and upcycled fabrics as much as is practical, as well as keeping volumes low to minimise waste. Their collection’s are often based upon heritage staples, using unique fabrics, produced with extreme attention to detail (the sort only Japanese production and design can achieve), with a focus on durability and function.
